Books that need MORE Attention! Giveaway Hop
October 1st - 14th
Hosted by Stuck in Books
Thank you for
stopping by my blog on your way through the giveaway hop. I’m very excited I
have your attention for a few minutes. I’m a writer, a designer of crochet
patterns and an avid reader.
I have to say Books
that need MORE Attention would be self-published books. I know there are good and bad but you can
weed through them by checking out the reviews as well as recommendations from
other fellow bloggers.
Do you give Indie
Authors a chance? Whether your answer is yes or no let me bring to your attention
some of my favorites that at least started out as Indie, may still be Indie and
still worth mentioning:
Georgia Cates, K.C .
King, Emily Casey, Devyn Dawson, Quinn Loftis, Megg Jensen,
Megan Duncan, Chelsea Fine

It is very difficult
being a self-published author. You have to actually invest the time, the money, the guts and the investigating on how to market and sell yourself along with
your book. I speak from experience when I say this; it’s not easy. Just knowing you get the attention
of just one person willing to read your book is wonderful but if you are one of
the lucky ones and win the heart, support and admiration from your readers,
then the feeling is unmistakably amazing and overwhelming.
My prize is a Destiny
Unhinged Prize pack which includes a paperback of my novel,
Destiny Unhinged, book swag as well as a $10 Amazon gift card that I hope you
spend investing and supporting other Indie Authors.
VANESSA
anxiously waits for her birthday, a boyfriend and some much needed excitement
in her dull and boring life.
She soon finds herself torn between two guys. Well, I guess that is what she would call them, even though one is a dead Alien King.
MAX, a dead alien who is trapped in limbo between two worlds and longs for Vanessa, his destiny, to help him home and become his Queen. He offers her his world, his heart and his future.
TOBY, a good looking guy who shows an interest and a desire to be with Vanessa, has confessed that he too has a destiny that he's meant to be with another. However, it’s a destiny he doesn’t want.
The connection that Vanessa has with Max is strong but the desire she has for Toby may be even stronger.
Will she accept what Destiny has in store for her or find a way to escape to find one all on her own?

I like the idea of self published authors needing more attention! I couldn't agree more, and I am always scouring the freebie section for authors who are self published that I might like! I think it's great you advertise cheap ones and freebies here too. I am super interested in reading and reviewing your book on my blog, so I hope I win!

Thanks Olivia! I love freebies and love sharing them when I find some really interesting ones. I myself have too many to read in a lifetime, but hey, that's not going to stop me. I love your blog! I'll stop by more often as I hope you do too.
